UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS FOUNDATION has an immediate opening for an Associate Vice Chancellor for Development, Major Gifts (AVCDMG) - UIS
The University of Illinois Foundation (Foundation) is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving organization of the University of Illinois (University). It works closely with alumni and friends, faculty and staff, corporations and foundations, as well as campus development professionals to create fundraising programs and opportunities that benefit the University.
The Associate Vice Chancellor for Development, Major Gifts (AVCDMG) directs the collaboration, management and implementation of major gift fundraising for the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). The AVCDMG sets standards and strategies for major gift fundraising and provides leadership and advice to deans, directors, and advancement professionals. Interacts regularly with other advancement leadership across the University of Illinois System and provides input that affects system-wide activities and policy. The role serves in strategic partnership with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and other senior staff.
