Title: Associate Manager, Digital & Technology Operations (On-Prem)
Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation: $93,800 - $110,400

What You'll Be Serving Up:

To oversee all on-premise channel operations, performance, and technologies, ensuring the effective management of kiosks, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) technologies, digital menu boards, and the scaling of technology solutions.

Here's How You'll Spice Things Up:
  • On-Premise Channel Management: Lead the strategy and execution of all on-premise channel operations to ensure high performance and superior customer experiences.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the deployment and performance of all FOH and BOH technologies, including KDS, POS, and KMS.
  • Digital Menu Boards: Manage the performance and optimization of digital menu boards to enhance in-restaurant customer engagement.
  • Kiosk and Self-Service Technology: Ensure the effective implementation, management, and performance of kiosk and self-service technologies.
  • Tech Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to scale on-premise technology solutions across restaurants.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on-premise operations with overall business objectives.
  • Digital Platform Commercialization and Integration: Manage the commercialization and operational integration of digital platforms, ensuring they are effectively embedded into restaurant operations to enhance efficiency, drive growth
  • Improve the customer experience .
What You Bring to the Table:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field required.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-premise operations, technology management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling on-premise technologies in a retail or restaurant environment.
Skills:
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with FOH and BOH technologies, digital menu boards, and kiosks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive technology performance improvements.
