As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the planning and execution of complex, high-impact initiatives that shape institutions and communities. From stakeholder engagement and budgeting to design review and construction logistics, you’ll work across every phase of the project lifecycle—learning from experienced leaders and contributing real value from day one. Key Responsibilities: Support the launch and coordination of multiple client projects across sectors. Assist in developing project goals, schedules, budgets, and evaluation metrics. Manage RFQs/RFPs for architects, engineers, and other service providers. Track design progress, review milestones, and monitor performance. Analyze construction strategies, phasing, and logistics plans. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate closely with senior project managers and contribute to project planning discussions. Participate in professional development activities and internal learning programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field. Internship or entry-level experience in project management, construction, or related disciplines. Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational ability. Comfortable working independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or RSMeans is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
