Job Description:
Responsible for the oversight and leadership for the strength and conditioning department, ensuring all programs are in line with department goals and objectives. Responsible for the development of strength and conditioning programs for all student-athletes on a year-round basis. Programs designed and supervised must be instructed with safety and effectiveness as a fundamental principle. Facilities include the Larimer and Savage weight rooms. This leader is responsible for supervision and instruction to staff that assures safety and proper technique work while demonstrating professional conduct and behavior.
