Position: Analytics Manager

As an Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing exploratory data analysis through complex database queries, interpreting outcomes, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Designing and analyzing controlled experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to assess the effectiveness of business initiatives and product updates.
• Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to solve business challenges and monitor performance, using data to inform and optimize strategies.
• Utilizing tools such as SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Excel, and others to develop, automate, and manage both scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
• Investigating data trends to uncover underlying business issues and leading root cause analysis efforts.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of key business metrics and proactively advising stakeholders on interpreting data in the right context.
• Identifying areas for operational improvements and strategy enhancements based on in-depth data analysis.
• Creating and delivering impactful presentations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Basic Qualifications:

• Professional background in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting, preferably within an e-commerce or similar data-rich environment.
• Strong command of SQL and ability to independently gather and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight, along with advanced skills in Excel.
