Purpose of Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our litigation team in an administrative capacity. This role is crucial in supporting client intake, ensuring retainer agreements are executed, and assisting with case file organization, calendaring, and document management. No prior litigation experience is required; however, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients by phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to learning and developing knowledge of litigation processes.
Prior customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative coursework a plus.
