Responsibilities
• Cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Explore and capitalize on untapped business opportunities within our existing customer base.
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth service and solution deliveries.
• Surpass quarterly sales targets with a focus on driving growth and exceeding goals.
• Collaborate on crafting customer-centric marketing strategies and programs, tailoring account plans accordingly.
• Develop compelling presentations and reports showcasing ROI and performance metrics.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize activities and enhance market and account knowledge.
• Infuse our brand essence into all go-to-market materials for a consistent and impactful presence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Engineering, MBA, Marketing, Technical, Management, Science, Communication, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of proven expertise in account management, with a preference for experience in IT services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated individual with a strong determination to succeed.
• Demonstrated independence and resourcefulness while being an integral part of our dynamic regional team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
